Issue of  Registration Form                                 :   16-05-2025 to 31-05-2025 (Time : 10 a.m. to 01.00 p.m.)

Last date of submission of Registration Form  :   31^st May 2025 (by 01.00 p.m.)

Cost of Registration Form                                   :    Rs 100/-

Note : 01.  The Issue and submission of Registration Form is offline mode only.

            02. The Registration Forms will not be accepted after the last date of submission  i.e. 31.05.2025.

Age : The candidate’s age should not be less than 4 years and should not exceed 5 years as on 01.04.2025                                                                                                                (Born between 01/04/2020 & 01/04/2021 including these dates )

Selection Criteria : Priority for selection of candidates for admission in Class LKG shall be done as per the following order :

1. SECL Chirimiri Employee and DAV Chirimiri Staff Wards.
2. Grand Chidlren of Existing SECL Chirimiri/DAV Employee.

If any seats remain vacant after filling the above criteria, draw of lots will be conducted for selection.

Documents to be submitted along with Registration Form :

1. Passport Size photograph
2. Copy of Birth Certificate
3. Copy of Aadhar Card of the candidate, father and mother.
4. In case of SECL/DAV Employees Wards, the employment details should be duly verified and certified by the Unit Personnel Manager/Area personnel Manager/Principal, DAV PS Chirimiri.
5. In case of existing SECL/DAV Employees grandchildren, the employment details of the grand parent should be duly verified and certified by the Unit Personnel Manager/Area personnel Manager/Principal, DAV PS Chirimiri.
